AuditME provides tools for self-auditing staff labor laws, environmental hygiene standards, general licensing, and occupational health & safety. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness, authenticity, and legality of the data, answers, and visual evidence uploaded to our servers.
3. Privacy & POPI Act Compliance
We take your privacy seriously. In accordance with standard data compliance guidelines (including South Africa's POPI Act), all personal profiles, employee records, audit checklists, and business licenses are stored using strict digital encryption methods. Your data will only be shared with authorized local health inspectors and government compliance officers as authorized by your business profile.
4. GPS Location Verification
To maintain audit transparency, our platform records background GPS location coordinates at the exact moment an audit checklist is submitted. This data verifies that physical inspections are conducted on-site at the registered trade address.
5. Account Registration & Maintenance
During initial registration, only your name, cell number, email, and password are required. Full business verification, including trading licenses, practice numbers, and official business locations, must be completed via your Account Profile settings prior to requesting inspector approvals.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
While AuditME helps streamline inspections, we do not guarantee regulatory clearance or pass ratings from official municipal audits. The final enforcement of health and employment codes remains at the sole discretion of the government department inspectors.
